Security Deposits

For any arrival between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM without a prior reservation made online or through an external booking channel, the establishment requires a security deposit of €100 per room.
This deposit may be made by bank pre-authorization or any other payment method accepted by the establishment. Its purpose is to guarantee compliance with the client's contractual obligations, particularly regarding payment, adherence to house rules, peaceful occupancy of the premises, and returning the room in good condition. The establishment reserves the right to refuse access to the room if the aforementioned security deposit is not paid. The security deposit will be released or returned within a reasonable timeframe after the client's departure, provided there is no damage, disturbance, outstanding payments, or any other breach of the terms of stay.
